Collections Reporting
TURBO-Lease offers a delinquency report showing the standard 1-30, 31-60, 61-90 and, 91+ delinquency ranges. The user may customize these ranges. The system also offers a past due report. This shows statistical data like the number of payments due, number of payments made and, number of payments remaining.
Contact Manager
TURBO-Lease has a built in collections contact manager. You may search through your lease portfolio to identify delinquent leases and make notes based on your collection call or email efforts. Follow up reminders can be set to place a phone call or send an email at a future date. Other users can view your notes to eliminate duplicate calls.
Credit Reporting
TURBO-Lease can create extracts to PayNet and Dun & Bradstreet for commercial credit. The system can export to major personal credit bureaus using our partner Edge Credit.
