Fully Automated Billing
TURBO-Lease seamlessly integrates with OmniFund. OmniFund’s payments as a platform web portal, consumes each lease’s payment schedule and creates a recurring payment against a customer’s bank account or credit card. The platform supports weekly, biweekly, monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual ,and daily frequencies. As payments are received they are automatically applied in TURBO-Lease. Other features include automatic emailed invoices, a payment portal on your website and the ability to text or email a payment link to a customer.
User Initiated Direct Withdrawal
The ACH / EFT/ PAP Processing add-on module allows you to initiate a direct withdrawal against your customers bank account. Easily create a NACHA standard file for US processing or the 1464 byte/80 byte layout file for Canadian processing and upload the file to your bank. Payments are applied automatically.
Emailed Billing
This add-on module allows you to email in mass a PDF invoice to your customers. This can be an efficient tool over emailing your customers individually. A form subject and body is displayed and the email is sent from Outlook or any web based email.
Traditional Billing
TURBO-Lease offers the printing of a traditional invoices, statements and coupon books. Multiple formats are available if you or your customers prefer this paper method of billing.
